General Terms and Conditions – TeakFoamShop

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded between the customer and TeakFoamShop via the TeakFoamShop webshop.

2. Products

Products can be ordered in standard sizes or in some cases custom made. Please note: custom made products are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

3. Prices and payment

All prices listed are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs (unless otherwise stated). Payment is made via secure payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Orders will only be shipped after payment has been received in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed on workdays before 15:00 are usually shipped the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium takes an average of 1 workday. TeakFoamShop is not liable for delays at carriers.

Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

5. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged and in its original condition. The costs for return shipping are for the customer, unless there is an error from TeakFoamShop.

Please note: custom made or modified products cannot be returned.

6. Liability

TeakFoamShop is not liable for damage of any kind caused by incorrect use of delivered products. All products should be used according to the instructions or recommendations provided.

7. Warranty

We stand for the quality of our products. If there is a problem with a product, please contact us. We always look for a suitable solution. The guarantee does not apply to incorrect use, wear and tear or damage caused by external factors.

8. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us first via [email address]. We will do our best to respond and provide a solution within 2 business days.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data with care. You can read all about this in our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law

All agreements and disputes are subject to Dutch law.
